We just wrapped up 3 more episodes of Nitro Circus in Panama, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico. I was really missing the snow but between jumping off the tallest building in Latin America, rally racing, drag racing, cliff stunts, blobing, downhill Jamaica push carting, helicopter jumps and tons of other stuff I managed to stay preoccupied = ) We had an amazing trip and are getting near the end of our first season. Next we are off to Utah where I get to school the kids in the snow!
I returned home to fresh snow at Squaw and I was stoked to be back on skis!!!! Rememeber to watch the first epsiode of Nitro Circus on MTV at 10pm February 8th!

We built this mini mega ramp in Jamaica as a slip-n-bleed. What you cant see is the 40 foot cliff it’s on and we launched into the ocean. It was next level slip-n-bleed!
Our introduction Nitro Circus show airs this Sunday the 18th at 10 pm on MTV. The basis of this first show is to introduce the cast and the background behind the show. Make sure to check it out….it’s going to be a wild ride!!!!
Check out our trip to Romania and Switzerland last year. This segment is showcased on NBC’s Jeep World of Adventure Sports
Christmas and New Years is one of my favorite time of year. It’s a time when certain parts of life slow down and you get a chance to enjoy family and friends. This Holiday Season could not have gone any better. I saw family, friends, skied tons of good snow and to top it all off, I took my 2 nephews skiing for their first time. To see their eyes light up and their ear to ear grins made me grateful and appreciative on so may levels.
As the New Year begins…we turn over a new leaf. We look to a bright future and set goals we try to attain. It is a fresh start and an exciting time. For me it always sparks the heart of winter. Until this point I ski for myself, to get in shape and have as much fun as possible. Now it is go time and every day I try to take advantage in the mountains.
I wish everyone a wonderful 2009. We’ve had numerous tragedies in the mountains already and I hope that everyone slows down, pays close attention, and remembers to respect our powerful environments. Here is to a great season and a great year!!!

Enjoying the Christmas spirit at home!

Spending time with the whole family…

Hanging with the Nephews and their Christmas presents. They were the self procalimed scooter brothers.

Christmas Eve it snowed 2 feet at my house. The deepest white Christmas I have ever had!

Chief getting some face shots on the deck early Christmas morning.

A dry Squaw Valley turned into a winter wonderland in a matter of days…

The highlight of my Holiday was taking these these little guys to the hill for the first time. I am still smiling thinking about that day.

Little Leif getting his first taste sliding on snow…check out that grin!

This is Jude day one sending it down the hill all on his own! He was hauling and loving every minute of it. I think he’s going to be a straight runner when he grows up : )
